Join us for a celebration and to commemorate the new "East Dubuque Nitrogen Fertilizers Community Room" and all of the other library improvements!  We are proud to showcase what our donors, the community, our Library Board, and our Foundation partners have accomplished.  Light refreshments will be provided.
